FAQs

  • Client for Life is best for an Mortgage Loan Originator and any of his support team, such as an LOA (Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, etc.

Client for Life is designed for the Mortgage Loan Originator to be the primary account holder and all other support staff under the MLO may see and work on the Loan Originator's Contacts and Opportunities. So each MLO should have their own account unless they are working on a Senior MLO's files.

  • Membership is $99 per month for the Primary Account. Support Accounts is $25 per month up until 5 staff. If you choose to use the phone system, A.I. Employee services, or other additional add ons, we pass those fees onto you and this is plainly spelled out in our integrations section.

For example, the phone system is the same cost as Twilio and will be listed in the upgrade or signup section for that service.

While we include a lot of options, each 3rd party service may have fees, which are optional if you want to use them, but to use Client for Life as your CRM it's simply $99 per month.

  • Your data is yours and security is a top priority for us.

While there is more information in our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, here is a technical overview of our security standards:

All data is encrypted in transit with TLS version 1.2, or 1.3 and 2,048 bit keys or better. Transport layer security (TLS) is also a default for customers who host their websites on the the Client for Life CRM platform.

Client for Life CRM leverages several technologies to ensure stored data is encrypted at rest. Platform data is stored using AES-256 encryption. User passwords are hashed following industry best practices, and are encrypted at rest.

  • Yes. Your information is owned by you and you can export it.

  • We have partnered with Highlevel as the core software for version 1.0 of Client for Life CRM. While we have a team of developers working on our own custom version 2.0.

I have found that using Highlevel as our core provider and building our own custom coding, design and functionality as well as our integrated marketing content specific to the mortgage industry offers a great deal more services than starting with our own standalone CRM from the beginning.

We do plan on branching out to a complete native build for Client for Life 2.0, but not until we have collected enough information from our users to build a much better CRM than what we can currently offer with 1.0. It may be that we stick with this arrangement if it serves us better as Loan Originators. Remember, what's most important to us is community driven development of software that is designed for our business process.

Besides, you get all of our additional services for a cheaper price than you can get a raw Highlevel account for without any customization. So we think it's a win - win.
